The project comprises a five storey new build office development forming phase 1 of the development of the site which previously housed a printing works.
The new offices are positioned on the street frontage which sits on the boundary of the Stepney Green Conservation area. A second phase of works involves the development of the rear of the site to create nine residential apartments.
Form Architecture were appointed to prepare working drawings and construction information as part of a traditional build contract. The building was designed as a steel frame construction with metal frame infill panels to increase speed of construction. The office spaces and internal finishes have also been designed in response to consultations carried out with the incoming tenant.
